Holly Shelton to perform at Tree of Lights
 | | Shelton |
| Covenant Hospice will hold its annual "Tree of Lights - A Celebration of Life" ceremony at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Pensacola Cultural Center, located at 400 S. Jefferson St. This poignant ceremony gives the community an opportunity to remember the special people who have touched their lives.
Local favorite, Holly Shelton will perform holiday songs during the special ceremony. Rave reviews and repeat engagements are the norm for this six-foot tall beauty. Holly studied piano, guitar, violin, and ballet, earned a BFA in Theatre Performance. "Each ornament placed on the tree symbolizes the life, hopes and dreams of a loved one," said Emily Cowan, community development manager for Covenant Hospice.
Tax-deductible donations can be made at the ceremony or by calling Covenant Hospice 438-9714. Donations will benefit Covenant Hospice, enabling them to continue their tradition of providing compassionate, quality care for patients and loved ones facing end-of-life issues.
