Pet photo contest deadline Oct. 20

It's time to capture that pawsitively adorable photo of your pooch, or that purr-fect picture of your cat. Get your cameras out and start clicking away. You don't have to be a professional to capture a great moment. Enter your best friend's photo in the Humane Society's Barktoberfest Photo Contest. Each entry is $5 and all proceeds go to the care of the abandoned animals at the Humane Society. Grand prize winner receives a free pet photo sitting with Paula Petsel of

Paula's Picture Perfect Photography. Photos should be four by six minimum. No negatives or digital files accepted however, we will accept a print from a digital file.
