The North Florida Region of the Porsche Club of America will host its first annual Charity Car Show in Destin Commons on Saturday, Aug. 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event will benefit Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast.
Over seventy Porsches and exotic cars will be displayed on the lawn area at the front of Destin Commons by the valet parking and clock tower, as well as along main street and in front of Bass Pro Shops. The public will have a chance to view some of the finer things in life, up close and personal. Some of the cars are valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Individuals will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite car via donations to benefit Sacred Heart. For a small donation, attendees will have a chance to win a free car wash and detailing every hour during the car show from Smart Wash at the Destin Commons valet parking area.
