Cabo Grill is truly not just food, it is more like a festival. The dining area is beautifully decorated with copper, natural wood and cork elements and accents and fabulous south American tiles and textiles. The unique interior design was created by Jim Goldman.
A highly recommended way to begin the Cabo Grill dining experience is with a cocktail - and we are talking about way more than an adult beverage. Unique to the Cabo Grill menu is their famous Seafood Margarita. Served chilled in a tall, hand-blown glass, the Seafood Margarita is a medley of shrimp, scallops and grouper in a tangy lime avocado and tomato and cilantro sauce. Delicious! It is fabulous as an appetizer or a side dish.
"It's hard to say which meal is the best-loved dish," says Robert Gleim. "We sell a lot of tacos, including steak, chicken and Baja style seafood tacos, and our authentic specialties such as Carne Asada, adobo rubbed Pork Tenderloin and seared tuna are always favorites."
