Promotions, public appearances abound for Ice Pilots in December
The Pensacola Ice Pilots will host seven games during the month of December, with several promotions and opportunities to get autographs from your favorite Ice Pilot players.
The Ice Pilots will in at Sacred Heart Children's Hospital Dec. 7 from 1:30- 3:30 p.m. handing out teddy bears collected during their Nov. 25 Teddy Bear Toss.
The Pilots will then be on the ice Dec. 8-9 against the Florida Everblades. Both games start at 7:05 p.m.
The Dec. 8 is Blue Angel Poster Giveaway Night. The
first 1,500 fans will receive a Blue Angels poster, courtesy of Cat Country.
The Dec. 9 game is Military Night/Puck Giveaway, courtesy of Q100.
On Dec. 10, Ice Pilots players will be at Sam's Club from noon-6 p.m., collecting money for the Salvation Army. Each person that donates will receive a voucher to an Ice Pilot game.
The Ice Pilots will host the Charlotte Checkers Dec. 12 at 7:05 p.m.
The Ice Pilots will be signing autographs at the Northwest Florida Blood
Bank on 9 Mile Road on Dec. 19 from 1-3 p.m. They will also be at Oops Alley in Pace from 2-4 p.m. on Dec 21 signing autographs. Oops is the official sponsor of the Ice Pilots Kid Club.
The Pilots will host the Texas Wildcatters Dec. 22 and 23. Both are 7:05 p.m. starts. On Dec. 29, the Zooperstars will be on hand for the Dec. 29 game against the Gwinett (Ga.) Gladiators. That game is also a 7:05 p.m. start.
The Ice Pilots will open 2007 at home against the South Carolina Stingrays at 7:05 p.m.
