Summer is here and wedding bells are ringing for women all around the country. Before they can walk down the aisle, every bride needs the perfect dress. Finally after five seasons of helping women find the perfect outfit for just about every occasion, TLC's highly rated "What not to Wear" tackles the biggest fashion day in a woman's life.
America's favorite stylists Stacy London and Clinton Kelly, along with their sensational hair and makeup wizards Nick Arrojo and Carmindy - tackled weddings in TLC's "What not to Wear: Wedding Spectacular" which aired Friday, June 8.
Crystal Freeman, of Gulf Breeze, is the office manager at her fiancé Jon's medical practice. The two are having an intimate beach wedding which poses quite unique challenges since Crystal is only 4'11.
In this special edition of "What not to Wear," Stacy and Clinton invaded a wedding expo in New York City to ambush three brides-to-be in the throws of planning their wedding. At the expo the Sultans of Style offered the brides complete makeovers for their big day and even managed to invite themselves to the nuptials to oversee the transformation. Each wedding has a different mood, including a traditional wedding, a beach wedding, and an outdoor wedding on a nature preserve. Each bride has a different idea for their big day, but all want to look stunning. It's up to Stacy and Clinton to work their fashion magic!
"What not to Wear" receives over 10,000 submissions a month, from all over the country, for a style intervention. It is produced by BBC Production USA for TLC.
