The interior of Cabo Grill is a stunning combination of natural , glass and metal work. Magnificent and massive, driftwood, at right, greets the customers who enter from the east door on the Boardwalk, and those dropping by through the north door are welcomed by a water wall and glass tiles, below.

A highly recommended way to begin the Cabo Grill dining experience is with a cocktail - and we are talking about way more than an adult beverage. Unique to the Cabo Grill menu is their famous Seafood Margarita. Served chilled in a tall, hand-blown glass, the Seafood Margarita is a medley of shrimp, scallops and grouper in a tangy lime avocado and tomato and cilantro sauce. Delicious! It is fabulous as an appetizer or a side dish.
