Celebrate February with a Chocolate Martini
CHOCOLATE MARTINI
4 oz vanilla vodka (plain can be used)
1 oz chocolate liqueur
(creme de cocoa or anything similar)
1 oz coffee liqueur
(kahlua or anything similar)
Shake all & pour into syrup lined (chocolate, caramel &/or butterscotch or a combination) martini glasses.
Optional: reduce vodka and add Bailey's Irish Cream or another favorite liqueur. For a light chocolate martini, add a bit of half and half cream. Recipe courtesy of Carol Saul
