Feeling stressed?
May is Mental Health Month, so enjoy 'A Day in the Park'
Doesn't a nice day in Seville Square sound good? In honor of Mental Health Month, Catholic Charities' Pensacola Region will hold "A Day in the Park." This event is free and open to the public.

The event will take place Saturday, May 10 from 10 am - 4pm in

Downtown Pensacola's

Seville Square. Admission Sunsets is absolutely FREE for all guests! You can enjoy a free chair massage, explore gym memberships, or physical fitness classes such as yoga and jazzercise, take a dance class and more!

There will be a small silent auction for gift baskets filled with dance lessons, a personal trainer, gym memberships, massages, spa days, health foods, and, of course,

much more!

All proceeds will assist Sunsets those in the community without insurance by allowing them to receive mental health services on a sliding fee scale. So, why not take the time to relax and enjoy yourself and contribute to your community?

This event is organized by Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida's Counseling Program.
