Trident Home Loans can still make your home ownership dream come true

A new kind of lender for a new lending world

Your home ownership dreams can come true with a loan from Trident Home Mortgage. Your home ownership dreams can come true with a loan from Trident Home Mortgage. At a time when many mortgage company offices are either closed or failing, Trident Home Loans is actually growing and hitting a quick stride. Emerging from the ashes of the financial markets, Trident Home Loans has transformed into the largest independent mortgage company in the Southeast.

"When my prior company went out of business a year ago, I proactively reorganized our business," explains principal Marty Medve. "Trident Home Loans maintained the best employees and expanded to include experts from around our area. We are now the numberone lender in the entire region in terms of a combination of staff, loan volume, branches, and independent brokers."

Currently 23 people staff Trident. The corporate transition allowed for sustained corporate knowledge and maintained the quality of service for which the brokers had built a reputation.

"Basically, we transitioned from financing million dollar condos to financing and refinancing affordable housing at the area's absolute best rates," Medve's partner Tim Moor asserts. "What you now have are the brokers and staff that did the area's best prime loans now focusing on the primary housing market."

Medve Medve Trident employees have honed their skills on every lending tool available; through all the increased scrutiny of a tighter market they have even become FHA-approved and have in-depth knowledge of and experience with 23 of the nation's best lenders.

"We have a working knowledge of a growing number of government loan programs as well," Medve adds.

"We stress having the best people, programs and rates," Medve summarizes. "You may hear of a national loan pool that is dried up, but we are still getting it done. And in most cases, we are ½ point below everyone else on rates and we advertise to prove it. We are set up for a larger volume, which translates into the consumer finding loans for less money." Medve says he is not afraid to show clients a 4.5%, 30 year fixed rate (4.625% APR*) when it's available and the company meets the demand when the calls come in.

As an independent lender, Trident is able to take the client to multiple lenders for the best success rate. "We end up with very few denials because we are looking multiple places for the best deal possible," Medve asserts. "Our model has been proven to be the most efficient to weather the storm. We have access to more options, and we choose to compete with the lowest available rates."

Moor Moor Trident adjusted before the peak of the financial storm, allowing consumers access to multiple lending options. By anticipating the changing market, Trident was ready to serve when the rest of the market was reacting, according to Medve.

"It is the time to buy. With homes costing almost half what they did two years ago, it is definitely the time to buy," Medve and Moor assure. "Our ethic is to provide the best rates available and surpass our competitors with service and expertise. We don't fear survival, instead we are meeting demand during a period of unprecedented growth at Trident"

In the coming months Medve anticipates Trident to grow nationally. "I will continue to offer the best rates in the country in the community where I live and received my training as a Navy Pilot. As a former Naval Academy graduate, I named the company for strength. Our motto at the academy was; Ex Scientia Tridens: 'Through knowledge, strength.' Trident means strength and our three strengths are the best people, most available programs and absolute best rates!"
