Fuji Steak House and Sushi Bar in Gulf Breeze is a great place to beat the heat and cool off with sushi!

Restaurateur-owners Tony Wang and his sister Jenny Wang worked hard to renovate and upgrade the former Cancun's location, and added fresh landscaping and a totally renewed interior, complete with bamboo tables and trim and a lovely koi fish pond. Four private tatami rooms are available for groups of five or more for more intimate family gatherings.

The interior is lovely and the food authentic - and affordable!

Weekly specials include: "Buy 1 drink, get one free!" on Mondays for wine, beer, draft beer, sake; "All Sushi rolls $2 off" on Wednesdays; 15% Military Discount, and free ice cream with meal purchase for the kids.

Fuji Steak House and Sushi Bar will be open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner. The full menu includes teriyaki, hibachi, and tempura entrees along with a delicious and beautiful array of sushi offerings. Beer and wine are also available, as is sake.

The Sushi bar is one of the largest in the area.

"Tony opened this restaurant because he has great food at a good price and the atmosphere is authentic," praises Jody Shoop, manager. "During this economy people still need to dine out and his restaurant is affordable."

Sushi from Fuji Steakhouse and Sushi Bar is beautifully prepared and presented. Lunch selections include Bento Box options starting as low as $6.99. Boxes are served with soup, salad and steamed rice or fried rice. Selections include chicken, beef, salmon or grouper teriyaki; chicken or shrimp tempura; General Tso's chicken; tonkatsu; 4-piece sushi box; and 6-piece sashimi box. All lunch bento box selections are under $10. Kid's menu items are also available.

"Tony has been in the restaurant business for 9 years and is also the owner of Fuji Sushi Bar and Grill in Pensacola," adds Shoop. "And many customers have reported that Fuji's Sushi is the best

that they have ever tasted!"
