For diners on Pensacola Beach, Sidelines Sports Bar and Restaurant is a household name.

From fresh seafood and steaks, the best burgers on the beach to the establishment's famous chicken wings, a meal at Sidelines is more than just a meal - it's an experience.

Sidelines Sports Bar and Restaurant is the place to be for all the sports and all the action. Every seat is a front row special with 42 TV's, including eight 52" HDTV big screens and 16 satellite receivers for the viewing pleasure of their patrons. These amenities are ready perfect for the busy football season, for Sidelines offers NFLSunday Ticket and ESPN Game Plan.

"We have 10 hi-def receivers and six receivers for the patio alone, so we can put any TV on any receiver. We will show every NFL game unless some scheduling quirk blocks us. We can do up to 12 high def games at once, " says General Manager Greg Calvert.

Wing night at Sidelines is a local favorite. Wing night at Sidelines is a local favorite. “Our wing special is great for a crowd -- 50 wings with your choice of two flavors, a basket of fries, and a pitcher of select draft or soda all for only $35.95 plus tip,” he says.

Calvert says most diners are excited about the array of menu items including the popular Sidelines supreme sandwich, a freshly prepared catch grilled, fried or blackened or one of six 8 oz. Black Angus burgers grilled to order. In the mood for a dinner? The 10 oz. hand cut ribeye steak is charbroiled to order and served with garlic toast and choice of two sides. If you have a hankering for local seafood flair, the All-Star Sampler is a sampling of fresh seafood including fried shrimp, oysters and grouper. Looking for something a little lighter? Try one of Sidelines' 20 different salads including fried shrimp Caesar salad, chef salad or oyster salad.

How about those wings? Calvert says the wings are their bread and butter - they sell nearly one million wings each year, and he is confident that the restaurant will match last year’s record!

"Our wings are never frozen and with a choice of eight different flavors, anyone can be pleased -- Hail Mary, Butter Garlic, Mild, Hot, Hurt Me, Teriyaki, Honey BBQ, Caribbean Jerk, and Honey Hot are all fabulous,” he says.
