Winterfest lights up Downtown Pensacola
Winterfest tours and performances light up beautiful Downtown Pensacola from Historic Seville to the Palafox Business District.
Four exciting holiday tours include a special Santa's Express Tour the week before Christmas that's great for young children, and the flagship Performance Tour which features 16 fun stops with your favorite holiday characters.
The following is a list of Winterfest activities:
Rudolph’s Revue: In 2009, Rudolph's Revue is coming back with a big new musical show twice a night in Plaza Wonderland. Bringing joy to the Plaza with gospel singers, traditional holiday tunes, and even more great dancing, this free event is a must for your family holiday plans.
Performance Tour: Featuring our star Cat in the Hat, Gulf Breeze Drama's Charlie Brown Christmas, and UWF Drama's Scrooge.
Singing guides accompany you into a world of wonder featuring scenes from your favorite holiday memories, including Elvis, The Polar Express, and the Grinch! Performance Tours run Dec. 5, 11, 18, 19, and 20.
Walking Tour: Let Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer guide you on a brisk evening stroll -- you can even bring your pup! This one hour walking tour is a great way to see the Seville neighborhood. Songs and stories make the evening extra special!
Santa’s Express Tour: Take a jolly trip with Santa from Plaza Wonderland. Santa rides every night Dec. 21 through Christmas Eve. Great for young children--a 30- minute tour.
Frosty’s Holiday Lights Tour: Treat yourself to a lovely view of the downtown decorations! Frosty tours feature songs and stories of the holidays, holiday lights, and relaxing good cheer. This 25-minute tour continues from Boxing Day through Dec. 26 and 27.
Plaza Wonderland: Plaza Wonderland is what you get when you fill the Courthouse Plaza with Winterfest's trademark holiday cheer.
