Woollard Woollard Local poet and artist Laurie Woollard has released “The Boy at the Fence,” a collection of poems both in print and on audio disk.

He has given away more than 4,000 copies of the collection, and it is also on sale now at Barnes and Nobles.

“My purpose in life is to do something for someone every day,” Woollard says. “And things come back to me in bunches.”

As a writer, he has been published many times.

“I am currently working on my second complete collection, ‘My Father’s House,’ full of poetry and short stories about people I’ve met in my life,” he says.

Woollard works to promote top musicians and entertainers in Northwest Florida with Tim Jackson’s company, Prime Time Entertainment.

“My poetry reveals my view on the most important things in life,” Woollard says. “First is family, second is friends, but always, with God.”
