Gulf Breeze RE/MAX on the Coast realtor Dennis Remesch is Pensacola Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year. Dennis Remesch, a Realtor with RE/MAX on the Coast in Gulf Breeze, has been named Realtor of the Year by the Pensacola Association of Realtors. He and his wife, Anita, reside in Gulf Breeze.

Remesch received the annual award for his significant involvement in local, state and national realtor association activities, as well as wide participation in local community projects.

Remesch serves on the board of directors for the Pensacola Association of Realtors as well as Florida Realtors. He also is past president and current chairman of the board of directors for Gulf Breeze SERTOMA, a member of the Pensacola Beach ELKS Lodge and an active member of the Gulf Breeze Chamber of Commerce.

"I am honored to have received this award and pledge continued dedication to serving the Gulf Coast community," says Remesch.

Remesch entered the real estate profession in the greater Pensacola area in 2003. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Remesch worked in architectural and engineering fields, gaining 14 years experience in commercial and residential design. He is currently a CCIM candidate, seeking his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
