Support your favorite Krewe and help feed the hungry in our community this Mardi Gras season! Krewe Karrus Navalis presents the 4th Annual All Krewe Food Drive Challenge to benefit Manna Food Pantries on Sunday, Feb. 19 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will be held at Pensacola Parade People, 331 W. Government St. in downtown Pensacola. Your donation of healthy non-perishable food items will provide much-needed food to the hungry in our area. Plus, you can help your favorite Krewe win the Humanitarian Award Trophy given to the Krewe who raises the most food. The event is free and open to the public. There will be food, drinks, games and music on-site for all to enjoy. MANNA’s most needed food items include: peanut butter (16 oz. or less), canned chicken and tuna, canned fruit, canned tomatoes, 1 lb. bags of plain rice, pasta, dried beans, and individually packaged plain oatmeal and grits. Specialized items needed for MANNA’s student focused programs

Tummy Bundle and Back pack 4 Teens include these single serving items: peanut butter cups, plastic cups of fruit in 100 percent juice, plastic cups of vegetables, cereal in bowl containers, tuna and chicken pouches/ kits, microwavable soups, and non-perishable microwavable dinners.
