Pensacola JazzFest is a FREE alljazz festival held in historic Seville Square in downtown Pensacola. Jazz Pensacola produces the event with assistance from a variety of corporate sponsors, community organizations and donations. The two-day festival celebrates America’s unique musical art form — jazz. Great music, kids’ area, arts and crafts, and food and drinks!
A Bark to Remember

Join Gulf Coast Health Care as we host a dog-friendly event to raise awareness for the local Alzheimer’s Association. A ‘BARK’ to Remember is a great event for anyone interested in helping to end this disease through the love of dogs. There will be dog contests, a variety of vendors, silent auction, entertainment, food and drink and much more! Admission is FREE.
UWF Department of Theatre Presents: Romeo and Juliet

The Capulets and the Montagues are embroiled in a bloody, generations’ long feud. Amidst the hostilities, teenagers Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet manage to find love. With the help of Friar Laurence, the young starcrossed lovers concoct a plan to marry in secret and escape the city. Sadly,

Pensacola Justice Jog 5K & Street Party

2017 Downtown Pensacola 5K Justice Jog | 1 Mile Fun Run & Street Party. All proceeds from the Downtown Justice Jog will benefit Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz Justice Foundation scholarship fund for local high school seniors! The course is a 3.1 mile course and 1-mile fun run through historic downtown Pensacola. Come dressed as your favorite Super Hero! Following the race, they we will host a family-friendly street party! Join them for the free Budweiser Beer Garden, complimentary food tastings from local restaurants, a Kids Zone and so much more! With your paid registration you will receive a race packet including goodies from all of their sponsors and a limited edition dri-fit race shirt. Shirt sizes are limited so sign-up today! National Naval Aviation Museum, NAS Pensacola Saturday, April 15 at 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Come out for a day of FREE activities for the entire family! There will be screenings of ROBOT in the Giant Screen Theater 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. for the first 200 people per showing. Popcorn and beverage included. Hands-on science kit activities will be hosted by the MESS Hall. Robots on display will include: M2V2 humanoid robot, tBot, FastRunner, HexRunner, EllipticalRunner, Micro Air Vehicles and MinaV2 Exoskeleton. ROBOTS is a sneak peek into the future at what might be possible as scientists use innovative engineering and design to make cyber characters less “humanoid” and more just plain human. Robot “actor” RoboThespian will introduce you to CHIMP, ATLAS, PR-2, Herb the Butler, ICUB and others as he takes you on an amazing tour of what’s going on in robotics labs around the world. The 40-minute large-format film explores the latest in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, humanoid cognition and human-robot interaction as well as exciting developments in cloud robotics. Narrated by Simon Pegg as ‘RoboThespian.’
