The secret to a perfect boiled egg

Tip #1: The older the egg (without spoiling!), the easier it

is to peel! Buy in advance.

Tip #2: Place eggs in a single layer at the bottom of the

pan. Do not stack them or pile them in!

Tip #3: Cover the eggs with no more than an inch or two

of COLD water.

Tip #5: Before or while boiling, add vinegar or salt to

prevent cracking. Salt will also help with peeling!

Tip #6: Once the water has reached a full boil, turn off

the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12

minutes.
