Black Bean Chili

* 1-lb. lean ground beef
* 1 medium onion, diced
* 3 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
* 2 cans whole kernel corn, rinsed and
drained
* 1 large can diced tomatoes
* 3 Tbsp. chili powder
* 2 Tbsp. cumin
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 3 cups water (water will vary, depending
on the consistency you like your chili)

Brown ground beef, drain well. Add onions, and all seasonings. When onions are translucent, add black beans, corn and tomatoes. Add water until chili is the consistency you like. Cook until heated all the way through. Serve with cornbread.
