Pizza Casserole

Simple ingredients. Simple preparation. Simply good.

1 regular-size package flat egg noodles

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can tomato soup

½ cup water

1 regular-size package mozzarella cheese, grated

Parmesan cheese, grated

Garlic salt, to taste (about 1 teaspoon)

Ground black pepper, to taste (about ½ teaspoon)

Oregano, to taste (about ½ teaspoon)

Prepare noodles according to package directions while you brown ground beef and onions. Drain meat thoroughly and sprinkle with seasonings. Combine thoroughly with well-drained noodles. Mix soup and water, then stir this mixture into meat and noodles, along with Mozzarella. Place in oven-safe pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese as soon as it come out of the oven. Serve with green salad and breadsticks.
